Due to the personalized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that custom made jewelry is not eligible for return or refund.

When you place an order for a custom made jewel, our skilled artisans begin the meticulous process of creating a one-of-a-kind piece just for you. This involves sourcing the finest materials and dedicating hours of craftsmanship to ensure that every detail is perfect.

As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom made jewelry. We understand that this policy may be disappointing, but it is necessary to maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our products.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with the craftsmanship or quality of your custom made jewel, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address any concerns and find a suitable solution.
